This calorie-burning workout will challenge every muscle in your body with a mix of cardio, strength training, and core exercises. This workout moves you quickly through your hour, keeping your heart rate elevated, and your body moving. The resistance exercises may incorporate free weights, exercise tubing or your own body weight, and the cardio exercises may involve a step, kickboxing or plyometrics.

Barbell Strength

This muscle conditioning class will sculpt, tone, and tighten your entire body with the use of a basic barbell, weighted plates, and your own body weight. You will squat, curl, press and lunge your way through a choreographed routine of high-repetition exercises for every major muscle group.

Pedal & Pump

A great full-body challenge, Pedal & Pump offers a combination of cardio endurance and interval training on the bike AND strength training with upper and lower body resistance exercises! For all fitness levels.

MuscleMax

Taking your muscles to the max, you’ll focus on strength training that will tone your entire body through exercises aimed at strengthening every major muscle group. A variety of equipment such as weights, bars, tubes and your own body weight will be used to make sure you will notice results.

Boxing Intervals

If you love to box, here is the perfect match. Bring the fighter in you and train like a pro. Gain speed through boxing combinations, find power in body punches to the heavy bag, increase agility through athletic drills. This is a knock out of a class! Bring your own gloves or hand wraps.

H.I.I.T.

High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a total body, aerobic- and strength-conditioning workout! This interval-based class combines high-intensity bursts of cardio with full-body strength exercises to improve endurance, cardiac output, and tone the entire body. All fitness levels are welcome. Exercise modifications and advancements will be offered.

COMPLETE Seniors

Designed to meet the needs and preferences of our older members, COMPLETE Seniors focuses on exercises that mirror the activities of daily living. With the use of light hand-weights, resistance tubes, small inflatable balls and other light tools, you’ll improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance and find yourself feeling better and doing more than you ever thought possible! Participants must be able to get down to and up from the floor without assistance and be able to stand for much of the class.

Drills

No rhythm necessary for this high-energy, fat-burning, full-body workout! Cardio, strength, plyometrics, and agility drills done at your own pace to push yourself to your own limits! Classes will be held outside when weather permits. A large towel and gloves for outside activities is recommended. All fitness levels are welcome.

Pilates

Bye-Bye crunches! We’re going to strengthen the core with exercises proven to be far superior in building abdominal strength, increasing flexibility, and improving posture, giving you the appearance of a longer, leaner body!

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a traditional style of Yoga that focuses on a sequence of postures intended to build strength and increase flexibility while connecting your breathing to your movement. You will leave this class feeling strong while also feeling a sense of inner calmness. All fitness levels are welcome. Exercise modifications and advancements will be offered.

Senior Yoga

This safe and slower-moving class is designed for seniors and people of all ages. This class will gently increase range of motion in the shoulders, back, hips and legs, to develop better balance, core awareness and breath awareness. Chairs used used to aid in balance.

Step up your workout with this cardio blast! This class is for all levels and can be modified to fit most needs.

Power Yoga & Pilates

The goal of Power Yoga and Pilates is overall body strength, lengthened muscles and flexibility. It is a balance between body and mind. This class combines the fluidity and control of these holistic practices in order to improve balance and overall strength, stabilize and lengthen the spine, increase lung capacity, and improve posture.

Spinning

Spinning is a high-energy workout done on stationary bikes intended to enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. During the class, the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! Select personal intensity levels through body position and bike tension. The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can do it even when its raining or snowing outside! You are kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you and the high-energy music! Bikes are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Members can get a number from the front desk or the instructor 15 minutes before class to obtain a bike.

Tabata & Tone

This class will have your heart pounding and your muscles burning! Tabata is a high-intensity interval training workout, featuring exercises that force you to work at peak performance for 20 seconds followed by an active recovery of 10 seconds. Coupled with total body strength training,  this class will leave you feeling accomplished!

Are you ready to “party” yourself into shape? That is exactly what the Zumba program is about. It’s exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired, fun and calorie- frying and moved millions towards good health. Join the Zumba class and get into shape!
